As the owner of Island Training Solutions, Jim has played a pivotal role in providing comprehensive compliance and development training to local businesses, government agencies and organizations in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) and Micronesia since 2006. His vast career includes leadership positions at distinguished organizations such as Sheraton ITT, Inter-Pacific Corporation, and Shell Oil North Pacific. He is also distinguished by his master’s degree in administration from Georgia Southern University. Jim has also been a member of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years and have served on the board, including two years as President.
Island Training Solutions holds the distinction of being a Licensee and Regional Partner for serveral glocal certification entities, including the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), The National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB), Jeffery Gitomer, and Certiport. These strategic collaborations provides access to CNMI residents to internationally recognized certification courses and facilitating workforce development for CNMI.

Jim Arenovski's career in the hospitality industry has been marked by his adeptness in developing and implementing advanced customer service training and development tools. It all began during his tenure at the Sheraton Corporation, where he meticulously defined and elevated service standards to enhance the guest experience, catering to both transient and local guests.
In 1997, Arenovski embarked on a new chapter with Inter-Pacific Corporation in Micronesia, the owners of Pacific Island Club. Here, he conceptualized a service model that laid the foundation for the exceptional customer engagement that the Pacific Island Club Guam and Saipan are renowned for.
Following this, he joined Shell North Pacific, where he orchestrated and executed comprehensive customer service and safety training programs across Guam, Saipan, and Palau.
Jim Arenovski's entrepreneurial journey led to the establishment of Delta Management Corporation (DMC), which oversaw the operation of the largest network of Shell sites in Micronesia. His innovative training techniques were so effective that Shell North Pacific adopted them, and they entrusted him with the responsibility of enhancing training standards for all Shell retail sites.
This remarkable journey culminated in the inception of Island Training Solutions (ITS). ITS has had the privilege of collaborating with an impressive array of clients, including prominent names such as IT&E, IP&E, Mariana Resort, Saipan World Resort, Commonwealth Utilities Corporation, Gold’s Gym, and numerous government agencies and non-governmental organizations. ITS expanded its influence to Palau and Guam, where they delivered exceptional training services to an extensive clientele.
